Not everything is fun and games when attempting to start a new business. I must find a commercial kitchen to bake the cookies and bars for sale. I must find a name for the business, wrappers, design a label. Wow
I called the contacts I had for kitchen rentals, but no luck, they can't rent and don't know of any. I'd just need it for a couple of hours a couple of days a week. Tomorrow I’ll call the Chamber of Commerce for ideas and then maybe go to a little bakery nearby and see if they will be interested in renting.
I’d thought of various names: Miss Chris’ Cookies, Aunt Chris’ Cookies, SunBel Cookies, Siemens Family and so on and so on. Most are taken and used for web names. I’m fizzled out and out of sorts.
I'll start over again tomorrow.
