Medical Care, Not Good

I developed a bad cough, again. I had one just a month ago or so. So this cough started feeling like it was going into my chest.

I called the Doctor’s office and found that not only had my Doc left for Kaiser but there were no Docs on site, I had to see a PA. It isn’t that I don’t like a PA but, it is the fact that we had no notice that our Doc left nor received any notice that there were no Doctors.

I saw the PA who looked at my throat, listened to my cough and said I would need a chest x-ray; take cough medicine and an antibiotic. This took all of 5 minutes. Our old Doc, a D.O, was more holistic. He would tell me all of the natural things to do as well.

I asked if someone would call me about the x-ray but no-one knew. No one knew if we would be notified when and if new Doctors arrived.

Time to find a new family Doctor. UGH!
