Working the Farmer's Market

My son Nate has the almond business and sells them at various farmer's markets along the coast. He also sells at 2 markets considered L.A. markets. These markets do not carry my cookies at this time as we need to show proof of product liability insurance.
Today was the farmer's market in Santa Clarita, an L.A. market. This market is about 1-1/2 hours south of us on the way to L.A..
Friday, on his way up north, Nate dropped off almond butter, almond paste, blistered almonds, roasted almonds and almonds out of the field. He also left off all of the things we would need for todays market.
We left at 5:45 for the market and arrived just after 7a.m. in plenty of time to set up. I did check with the tamale people to see when the tamales would be done.
We cannot sell our cookies yet at this market but have an approval pending proof of product liability insurance. We hope to start selling them next week.
I'm enclosing photos of the market.
